Czech Television is a public institution operating television broadcasting. Its principal task is the creation of television channels and the broadcasting thereof in digital form via terrestrial transmitters and other technical facilities. By this activity, as well as by programme production and, possibly, by other activities, Czech Television provides services to the public and fosters the development of culture.
