MW Properties of NC, Inc. came into being in November of 2005, when Mr. Mark Walters established this company to help manage his own portfolio due to the lack of Management Companies in North Carolina who had a day to day role in the management functions. He has taken an active management role with the company. In addition to MW Properties of NC, Inc, Mark is one of the Managing Members of a Non-Profit called New Beginnings Center which gives back to the community by providing affordable housing to the homeless, seniors and disabled in Gaston County. We currently as of 2014 Manage 12 apartment Buildings, 16 duplexes and over 869 residential homes. We handle 629 Landlords in our system.
