Tuntum is a Nottingham based social housing provider providing housing and support services for people on low incomes.
The name ‘Tuntum’ comes from the West African Ashanti language. Although not a literal translation, the word symbolises people working together.
We are governed by a Board of 12 individuals, including a tenant member, who have a wide range of skills and experience. Board members attend regular training to broaden their knowledge and ensure they stay up to date with current regulations, legislation and issues affecting our tenants and residents. They attend, on average, 10 meetings per year.

With more than 1300 properties in management to date, with more currently in development, Tuntum offers a variety of affordable housing across the East Midlands in 11 different local authorities, ranging from 1 bedroom flats to large family houses.
