Elim Fellowship, is a world-wide fellowship of ministers and international workers. The office of International Ministries oversees Elim's career International workers located throughout the world, and promotes short-term missions through the Short-Term Enlistment Program. EFIM Member Care Facilitators are volunteers who work to sustain and nurture international workers from the beginning through the end of their service.
