The success is assessed from the end user perspective. LTS is open for integration of all kind of interfaces to connect to the mobile network for configuration and data collection purposes. Thus it provides the basis for detailled analysis of the call flow. - The handover emulator QPER: It interconnects test mobiles in a laboratory environment with several cells and provides in a cabled environment realistic RF conditions on the air interface. The QPER software implements various channel models to simulate fading effects.
