We serve our charitable purpose by:
- connecting our members to sector leaders through over 130 events and networks per year. To create better informed policy and regulation. To make better business decisions, and to share best practice;
- creating opportunities for development, alongside a diverse cohort from all sectors. To strengthen leadership skills (with our portfolio of leadership programmes and development seminars);
- supporting growing talent through secondments and mentoring. We also talent search for NED and Trustee appointments and find talent across the sectors.
We are independent, neutral, and not-for-profit. Our membership includes government departments, regulators, local authorities, top FTSE companies, universities, institutes and charities.
