Philosophy The CSPC believes that the school, the home and the community must work together to ensure that every child receives an education of the highest quality. The Colorado Statewide Parent Coalition (CSPC) was founded in 1980 and led by a group of parents and educators who came together to begin grassroots coordinated efforts to empower parents to become their children's advocates and have a voice in their educational process.
