The Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholars Association (RCSA) is a community of Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholarship recipients at the University of California, Berkeley. As the scholarship is awarded to the top 2% of UC Berkeley students, the association is comprised of diversely accomplished and passionately driven individuals.
