From the start, you will experience the finest customer service we can provide, beginning with our experienced and knowledgeable administration staff. They will help you get everything on track and secure you the earliest available booking time. Our staff have more than 50 years of combined experience in healthcare and physiotherapy services, 5 Master’s degrees and over 90 post-graduate courses to our credit. We also have two faculty members of the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, and one faculty at the University of Toronto and McMaster University on staff. Three of our therapists are Certified in Acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (AFCI) and one holds a Fellowship with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (CAMPT); only 2 physiotherapists in Northwestern Ontario currently hold such a Fellowship. Another holds full credentialling in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), otherwise known as the McKenzie Method; one of only 2 physiotherapists in Northwestern Ontario to hold this certification.
