MAOZ is building a diverse network of leaders across sectors and populations groups that is advancing the common-good (mamlachtiut) and actions towards Israel’s socio-economic resilience. How: MAOZ identifies and trains promising and committed leaders, made up of diverse employment sectors and populations, in order to build an active network of change makers. This network serves to advance and accelerate meaningful social initiatives and reforms. With the aim to create a widespread impact in the public sphere, MAOZ, in partnership with the Israeli government and following the historic governmental decision, Atudot L’Israel, is scaling the model to build leadership pipelines within strategic areas (i.e. education, health, municipal government, among others).
