We offer RN's, LPN's, Physical, Occupational, Speech therapist, Medical Social Workers, Certified Home Health Aides, Visiting Drs., Infusion program and M-STAR (Michigan Society to Advance Rehabilitation) Amputee Care Program. We service Branch, Calhoun, Lenawee, Jackson, Monroe, Livingston, Washtenaw, Wayne, Oakland and Macomb Counties. Our Community Outreach program consist of *Health Screens, Blood Pressure and Sugar Checks, Fall Risk and Balance Assessments, Muscle Strength Assessments, and Healthy Living Presentations.
