Windwood Farm Home for Children, Inc. was established in 1985 as a private, non-profit long-term residential care program by a local businessman, Joseph L. Tamsberg, Jr. Windwood's 110-acre property serves as a home to young boys that suffer from abuse and trauma. While they live here they receive the therapeutic interventions needed to help them become successful in a loving home. We also serve families through our community outreach program. Windwood's goal is to preserve families and provide help to those in need. Windwood Family Services is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).
