The Union of Business Ladies, (UBL) is a non-profit organization launched in 2015 by the International Relations Center Ltd. (IRC). The organization is lead by a team of female entrepreneurs with a more than 10-year track record of working together as a successful team. The UBL is headed up by the President, Ms. Ekaterine Maisuradze, who is well known both in Georgia as well as internationally. She is a noblewoman from a joint family, and Ms. Maisuradze sets a great example for women who are struggling to maintain a work-life balance. Goals of UBL • To develop an outstanding network for successful entrepreneurs. • Arrange events for the welfare of Women in Business like conferences, Forums, Masterclasses, and Training etc. • Developing the role of women with families in entrepreneurship. • Educating young entrepreneurs who come from different backgrounds, to make them professionally capable of rising up in the competitive business world. • To encourage and develop women oriented entrepreneurial projects. • To arrange events including auctions to play our part in charity.
