Ginninderry is inspiring a new way of living. As the ACT's only 6 Star Green Star community, Ginninderry prides itself on being an exemplar project, both nationally and internationally, that showcases the world’s best practices in nature conservation, urban design, construction and long-term livability. Approximately 30,000 people will one day make their home in this spectacular setting that extends across the ACT and NSW border. Consisting of 4 suburbs, the community will grow over 30 years to an eventual total of 11,500 homes. Ginninderry is being delivered by a Joint Venture between the ACT Government’s Suburban Land Agency (SLA) and Riverview Developments (ACT) Pty Limited (Riverview).
