The Johannesburg based Architectural Practice is owned by Marco Riccardi, who has over 15 years of Architectural experience and has worked on projects all over South Africa, as well as some in both Dubai and the UK. After working for several prominent local architects, and spending some time in the UK under some prestigious London based architectural practices, Marco Riccardi created Marco Riccardi Architectural Design in order to increase the level of service offered to clients and focus attention on ensuring the Client’s visions, ambitions and goals are met within the budget allowed, which are enhanced through a collaborative process of research, programming, and design. This includes energy efficiency, effective use of technology, sustainable, healthy and durable products, accurate documentation, and knowledge of the construction processes. Marco Riccardi Architectural Design takes great pride in adapting throughout the design and construction process and has worked with varied clients ranging from individuals to city councils to Boards of Trustees to developers. The size of our practice has allowed us to gain a breadth of experience from projects in a variety of sectors while maintaining an intimate connection to the development of each design.
