Overseas Textile Services s.r.l. (OTS) is an Italian sourcing company specialized in supporting apparel brands in their production development process from the initial sketch to the finished goods providing an extensive research of fabric, garments and accessories. OTS began operating in 2008 as the exclusive Italian office of Sumitex (Japan) in order to develop business within the Italian apparel sector through garments production in China. The business grew and was quickly expanded to include other Asian apparel production platforms in China, India, Myanmar and Pakistan as well as an increasing number of fashion companies throughout Europe.
