One of the main national providers of the latest Suction Excavation technology with skilled and fully qualified operatives. Force one operate 26, 32 and 41t Suction Excavators that range from twin, triple and quad fan systems to offer a dedicated solution. Other equipment, such as our tracked remote units, bag pack system, high tip and Super Tip Skip options allow for this technology to be applied to many different industries and requirements.
Industries that we operate within:
🚊 Rail
🛣️ Highways
💨 Gas Network
⚡ Sub / Power Station
🗼 Civil Engineering
🕳️ Utilities
And many, many more...
With the airflow created by the on board fan system within the Suction Excavator, this draws material up through the 250mm intake nozzle and into the on board container where material is stored until full, then container is side tipped (drivers side). The advantages to this solution are:
⚡ Eliminates risk to buried service and operative
🚛 Reduced vehicles required on site and around excavation
⛔ Removes operatives from hazardous area
✨ Cleaner excavation area (minimal spoil and dust)
