Feel invited to the Wonderland, that is Quadrille conference & spa, a palace and a park complex located in Gdynia, Poland. A place where you can relax, delight in delicious cuisine and fill your lungs with iodine. Its interior is inspired by Alice in Wonderland and, apart from professional services and excellent cuisine, nothing is taken seriously here. Looking at its décor, you will immediately think of Alice’s craziest adventures. A chequered pattern on the floor, on the wall lamps bending over towards the guests, card symbols instead of standard door numeration and white rabbits jumping out of lamps-hats in the restaurant. And still it is very tasteful and very impressive.
There are little surprises awaiting you the moment you cross the threshold. Even though the décor is extraordinary and very original, the interior designer definitely placed a bet on quality. Each and every detail was thought out perfectly and selected in such a way as to create a coherent whole with the remaining elements. You will also be surprised with Bialy Krolik Restaurant (White Rabbit Restaurant). It has just been awarded with two hats in a prestigious Yellow Guide by Gault&Millau. Its love for the culinary traditions of the Pomeranian region is combined here with the highest quality of the food it serves. The culinary concept of the place was created by Marcin Popielarz, a young, talented head chef who gained his culinary experience in western restaurants with Michelin stars. As an additional attraction, the palace features a great SPA center, offering not only relaxing massages and treatments but also hi-tech treatments like for example: endermology, Zaffiro, MedContour or hair-removal with highly effective Vectus laser.
The hotel does not specialize in services addressed to the youngest guests, which is a great compliment for business guests. Thanks to the lack of the usual tumult found in facilities filled with children, the feeling of peace and quiet is even stronger.
