The Iowa Health Care Association (IHCA) and its divisions, the Iowa Center for Assisted Living (ICAL) and Iowa Center for Home Care (ICHC), serve the long term services and supports profession as nonprofit trade associations. IHCA, ICAL and ICHC are dedicated to enhancing health and long term care services in Iowa by providing leadership, advocacy, information and education to a broad range of providers, consumers, government agencies and others comprising the long term services and supports community.
