In 2012 Soteica merged with Visual MESA LLC to form Soteica Visual MESA LLC. In 2016, Soteica Visual MESA LLC was acquired by Yokogawa, and was integrated into its subsidiary company - KBC Advanced Technologies. KBC adds Soteica Visual MESA's best-in-class energy management and optimization solution services to its extensive portfolio.
