Premiumguest is a B2B software that allows you to manage events under your own brand and promote yourself on new sales channels.
Our mission is to digitize event organizers such as discotheques, beach clubs, hotels, restaurants, festivals... To date, there are already more than 300 customers using the software in Spain, Argentina, Uruguay and now starting the expansion in the USA.
Unlike traditional ticketing companies, Premiumguest makes the attendee database 100% owned by the organizer. In addition, we connect them with more than 150 sales channels such as Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, Resident Advisor, public relations... to increase the promotion of events and increase sales.
Thanks to the great power of the software, we help to optimize management and promotion, for example, the organizer can see the stock of tickets in real time in all sales channels, the sales they have generated and even incorporate interactive maps so that the attendee can select the seat or table of the space he/she likes the most, allowing to offer a better shopping experience and automate many internal processes.
In addition, to optimize event access and management times, the system allows for quick and easy ticket scanning, capacity control and scanning of tickets with a single device regardless of the sales channel they have been sold through.
