We are a team of instructional designers and training facilitators who work to bring brilliant service to the world. Born in 2016 by a small team of hospitality experts, our roles in global hotel companies meant that we knew the impact of delivering brilliant service in hotels ranging from budget through to luxury brands, and that the brilliant basics of service are common across all customer oriented industries.
A fundamental belief of Service Brilliance is that the skills to deliver brilliant service can be taught. We have developed practical, hands-on service training that teaches the skills and behaviours to deliver brilliant service, and we provide an opportunity to practice and embed these skills before they are taken back to the floor.
