WHO ARE WE?
The Interreg France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen European territorial cooperation programme is designed to encourage cross-border exchanges between the Hauts-de-France and Grand Est regions, Wallonia and West and East Flanders. Its aim is to bring together shared skills while making the most of the assets of each of the regions concerned, for the benefit of the populations of the area.
WHAT ARE WE DOING?
For the period 2021 - 2027, a budget of €268 million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) will be allocated to the programme to support projects addressing the 5 cooperation themes:
- Research and innovation
- Climate and environment
- Mobility
- Social cohesion
- Governance.
