Speedflex offers an inclusive alternative to conventional exercise.
Innovative Speedflex machines automatically respond to, and create resistance based on the individual’s force, which makes it suitable for someone of any age or fitness level, and enables users of all abilities to exercise at high intensities, but at their own pace. This is all with the added benefit of little to no post workout muscle soreness, which is possible due to the concentric focus of the exercises performed. High in intensity but low in impact, Speedflex is incredibly efficient and delivers a cardiovascular and resistance workout simultaneously.
In a studio environment, sessions are led by Speedflex qualified personal trainers and tracked via the latest technology in heart rate monitoring, MYZONE. The studio concept was created by ex NUFC Professional Footballer and Physiotherapist Paul Ferris, and offers a series of exhilarating group-based sessions that activate the whole body, every time. By removing the need for users to adjust settings, Speedflex trainers are able to maximise the limited time people have to exercise in today’s society, delivering a seamless, productive and results-driven session suited to individual’s needs. A typical session incorporates calorie burning endurance intervals and weight training inspired movements from boxing, rowing, football, tennis, golf and more.
Speedflex is also available as an individual pod system. With a small footprint it is ideal for use in the home, on the gym floor and in a personal training studio.
