Since 2009, our passion for technology and cheese - that we gathered across generations - has been the driving force in optimizing our revolutionary privately developed and patented production method. Popped Cheese. Crunchy cheese balls that are delicious as a snack, but also great to be used as crouton or ingredient in the food manufacturing industry. Crunchy and airy with an intense cheese taste.
Extremely Dried Grated Cheese. Crunchy cheese strings that can be used as crunchy grated cheese topping on various dishes, but also a unique ingredient for the food manufacturing industry. By extremely drying the grated cheese, the strings become surprisingly crunchy with an intense cheese taste and obtain unique properties.
We produce our products with clean and sustainable wind energy. Additionally, we contribute to the reduction of food waste thanks to our unique production method, ensuring our cheese products have a much longer shelf life than regular cheese, even without keeping them refrigerated.
Our manufacturing facility, in the heart of the Netherlands, is certified on the highest level (BRC and IFS Food).
