Due to common timeshare marketing practices like upgrades and trade-in programs, many timeshare properties don’t have a “current” owner. Sometimes resorts, homeowner’s associations, trading companies and/or management companies get stuck with “abandoned” properties. Our job is to find new owners for these “orphaned” timeshares. When you decide to adopt a vacation property, we will act as the liaison between you, the transfer company, closing agent, resort and previous owner. Our adoption services are ABSOLUTELY FREE! You will never be asked to pay anything, either now or later. Beginning the following year, you will only be responsible for payment of the corresponding maintenance fees from that point forward. And of course, all dues and fees are current for any adoption property that we have available.
