Phoneme Books Phoneme Books is an upcoming independent publishing house based in Delhi, India. We aim to become a host of progressive, left and radical writings and writers in English and other languages – a medium for publishing and disseminating serious research across and beyond disciplinary and institutional boundaries. This commitment to seriousness does not bind us to any institutionalised criterion of rigor and depth, rather it makes us open to ideas, areas, subjects or even genres that go beyond the restrictive walls of mainstream academics.
