Our Stifinder leader development programme – The Stifinder Programme - introduces knowledge and tools which build upon the participants' professional expertise. Over 2,000 leaders and experts from public and private companies such as LEGO, Novo Nordisk, Bayer, Dong, Novozymes, Jyske Bank, the Danish Royal Theatre and SEAS-NVE have completed the Pathfinder programme to date. They have gone on to create positive results and lasting changes – as leaders and colleagues, and in their personal lives – and their journey of development continues.
