APL Polyfab Pvt. Ltd. Our mission is always to create new product. POLYFAB sheets was first developed by our parent company in 1985 using cotton woven fabric for obtaining excellent test properties. POLYFAB helps in faster production with uniform thicknes and is lagely used by solvent dip process in toe and counter of shoe. POLYFAB sheets were designed printed with toe- counter in red - blue colour for any user to understand its final usage. ECOFAB sheet was introduced with recycled materials and printed in Green. In 2000, another mission to use Jute fiber was conceptualised for wide application in footwear components including thermo types stiffeners, insoles and footbeds. In 2009, RENOTEX jute board for insoles and footbeds are being introduced in different thickness and properties to suit customer diversified applications such as Footwear, Automotives, Helmet inner and FRP.
