Talem Law Limited is an award-winning law firm specialising in Employment Law, and Special Educational Needs and Disability Law (SEND). Mandy qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and combines Magic Circle training with a successful career in a niche employment law practice, international law firm and in-house employment law roles at blue-chip organisations, prior to launching Talem Law. Following an early career in system engineering, Sean qualified as a solicitor in 2010 before transferring to the Bar in 2013 when he became a Barrister, with practice focus areas in special educational needs, disability and employment law including professional regulatory matters, mental health tribunals, as well as trust law.
Talem Law’s client base comprises major private and public sector institutions, start-ups, well-established family-run businesses and individuals, undertaking significant repeat and referred work as well as in-house secondments for household names. Competitive and transparent on fees for both advisory and contentious work, they operate a virtual working flexible model and are available physically to clients. They are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority.
Always striving to improve best practices in the area of disability, Talem Law are soon to launch 'Talem Template', an innovative, scalable methodology and framework that enables employers to manage reasonable adjustment requirements for employees with disabilities.
