We process materials to ultra-thin thicknesses (as thin as 10um), and work with micron level tolerances, difficult surface finish, parallelism and flatness specifications. Valley has over 100 single and double sided lapping and polishing machines from 12" up to 64". Our precision dicing department has one of the largest available capacities, with over 15 programmable DISCO and K&S dicing saws. We operate both 4 and 5 axis Haas CNC machining vertical mills, which can machine complex shapes and features such as slots, pockets, through-holes, chamfers, steps, radii.
