The Small Enterprise Development Agency (Seda) is an agency of the Department of Small Business Development. We provide business development and non-financial support services for small enterprises and co-operatives, through our national network in partnership with other role players in small enterprise support.
Seda has a presence in some townships and rural areas and has programmes targeting youth and women reaching over 12 000 enterprises nationwide.
Seda also implements programmes targeted at business development in areas prioritised by the Government and DSBD.
