Etihad Ship Building was established in 2010 thru a joint venture of Fincantieri , Al Fattan ship industry and Melara Middle east. Its main objective is to manage as prime contractor the production and the sale of different types of ships especially Naval light boats in aluminium and inshore Patrol vessels in steel. And also to create a modern and innovative maintenance and repairs center for marine engines to support the relevant commercial market in the area.
