Joint stock company Elektromreža Srbije (abbr. EMS JSC) is the Serbian transmission system operator responsible for the transmission system operation, maintenance and development in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, its connection with other systems, and for ensuring long-term system development to meet electricity transmission needs in an economically justifiable manner. With its joint venture partner EPEX SPOT, EMS JSC established the South East Europe Power Exchange (SEEPEX) in 2016 and holds 75 % stake thereof. Also, EMS JSC is one of three TSOs that founded the Security Coordination Centre, ltd. Belgrade (SCC) in 2015.
