Fhitting Room is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Strength boutique fitness studio that combines the energy of a group fitness class with the individual attention of a personal training session. Fhitting Room has three studios in New York City, with studios coming soon to Philly + DC, and two digital platforms: Fhitting Room LIVE!, virtual boutique fitness classes, and Fhitting Room On Demand.
