The Regional Center for Strategic Studies (RCSS) is a think tank established in Cairo in 2012 focused on studying, analyzing and assessing the strategic nature of regional transformations in the Middle East after the Arab Spring. The Center is characterized as “regional” focused on the large-scale geo-strategic developments, which encompass all the Arab states, regional actors, neighboring states and international actors with interests in the region. The center focuses on interacting with policy-making circles, influential movements and partner institutions in the region; producing assessments, analysis and consulting. Working as a reference point for experts, academics and policy-makers and with the aim of promoting long-term regional stability.
