KS HUAYU AluTech Group with its three German sites in Neckarsulm, Langenhagen and Walldürn is a leading global 1st-tier automotive supplier for large and complex aluminum casted components. Our competencies lie in the following applications in the area of casting, machining and technical support: Applications: Cylinder crankcases & heads, structural components (e.g. longitudinal and transverse beams, strut mounts, chassis components), transmission housings and e-mobility components (stator housings, battery trays, power electronics housings, etc.). Casting processes: Die casting, low-pressure casting, low-pressure sand casting and permanent mold casting. Machining: Machining pre-finishing and finishing, running surface coating (RSW) honing, surface coating of components (especially liners with RSW but also KTL) and assembly.
