The Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Tamaulipas was founded in 1974 by an enthusiastic hard working group of professionals and leading business men from Tampico, whose dream was to create a higher level of education without profit aims. Since 2005 is part of the Anáhuac Universities Network (Red de Universidades Anáhuac). Globally focused programs and projects are developed in order to give a better service to our community. These help form conscientious leading professionals. Constantly we develop new alliances with universities around the world to impel our programs and internationalization process. We offer courses and unique activities that will allow you to understand and to appreciate history, culture and Mexican society, as well as to acquire and to improve your linguistic skills in Spanish. We have excellent professors who also characterize themselves by the individual attention they give to our students.
