In 2020, any knowledge worker has to deal with technology more than ever. A large part of the labour force is made up knowledge workers, and most of them use their primary tool, their computers as no more than an old-fashioned typewriter. This is just as effective as using a passenger jet on a highway, which is not impossible, as they have wheels. But such a thing would be put to much better use in the air. It is about time to finally start taking full advantage of computers.
