Caffitaly System S.p.A. was set up in 2004 by those entrepreneurs who had shared a great passion for coffee during the entrepreneurial adventure in Saeco. Right from the outset, the company was successful in the production and sale of coffee capsules, carving out a niche for itself in the portioned coffee market.
Research and development phases led to the creation of a semi-open, combined system for espresso coffee, the Caffitaly System, comprising machines and capsules covered by international patents.
Caffitaly deems the safety and quality of the products and the production process as a key concept that leads to the success of these products. In order to sustain this safety and quality Caffitaly integrates high safety and quality standards in all processes regarding the various aspects of production policy and practice.
Structure of our exclusive capsule produces the perfect extraction of the blend. Each capsule may contain more than 8 grams: the true amount of ground coffee for a real Italian espresso.
The coffee is always perfectly pressed to get a great result, meanwhile the steady extraction ensures the strength and the body of the aroma.
Each component of Caffitaly System has been designed, selected and implemented to achieve the best results.The sealing of each capsule eliminates the oxidation risk over time and maintains the aroma and taste of coffee: it preserves the same characteristics as freshly milled beans.
Blends are obtained by a selection of the best coffee qualities as well as the exclusive machines allowing the right pressure to reach the best taste and aroma.
