Originally founded in 2009, LUXHABITAT pioneered Dubai’s luxury real estate market as the first brokerage company fully focused on exclusive residential properties. While working in the industry, we noticed a wide gap between the quality of the technology used by the large online property portals and that of the real estate agencies themselves. In 2020, the company transitioned from a traditional agency business to a technology start up to build a proprietary technology platform and bridge that gap. With our help, any brokerage brand can compete online and regain their fair share of direct clients.
