American Veterans Aid is a private company that helps wartime veterans and their surviving spouses, 65 years and older, who may be entitled to a tax-free benefit called Aid and Attendance provided by the Department of Veteran Affairs. American Veterans Aid has helped more veterans and their surviving spouses apply for and receive the Aid and Attendance Benefit than any other company in the U.S. Currently, AVA’s clients are receiving more than $2 million per month in benefits payments.
