Lucilla, Lucrezia and Ludovico Bonaccorsi are part of the LuFamily with Luna and Luchino Bonaccorsi.
LùBar: from street-food to a catering service, from a lido to a café, from a kiosk to a restaurant.
LùBar is the product of an idea by three “Lù” brothers (Lucilla, Lucrezia and Ludovico Bonaccorsi), with Sicilian origins, but actually Milanese, to set a scene for a chiringuito at the entrance of the Vendicari Oasis (Noto, Sicily). Lùbar, “The Bar” in Sicilian dialect, so becomes “The Lùs’ Bar”.
From this first adventure, which dates back to 2013, the concept has expanded, travelling on an Ape Car that is set up with patterns and colours evoking Sicily, and now counts three main lines of business: a catering service, an Arancini kiosk on the Mezzanine Terrace of Milan’s Central Station where they were invited by Grandi Stazioni in 2015 and a wonderful location at Milan’s Villa Reale, that hosts the Modern Art Gallery in Via Palestro 16, opened in 2017.
In all of the LùBar locations a specific philosophy is followed: that of entertainment, may it be musical, cultural, didactic, or given by a simple book to read, in a continuous evolution from dusk ‘til dawn.
