The Primary Industries Educations Foundation Australia (PIEFA) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to being a one-stop shop for Australian teachers to help them bring agriculture, food and fibre content into their classroom. PIEFA operates several websites, including a curriculum-aligned teacher resource portal (primezone.edu.au); an online, interactive courses for students site (primezoneacademy.edu.au); a career, education and scholarship information site (careerharvest.com.au); and the Australian arm of the Farmer Time program (www.farmertime.com.au), to provide teachers and students with resources to help them learn about where their food and fibre comes from from foundation to higher education.
