RSens is a company which core business is to product and trade innovative sensors for radiation detection. In particular we are currently active in developing innovative sensors for Radon gas. Radon is a gas, that comes from the ground and construction materials, which has been recognized by the World Health Organization as the second risk factor for lung cancer (10% of deaths for that cancer is due to Radon). Furthermore, studied carried out by several laboratories and universities demonstrates that the variation of Radon gas concentration is a forerunner of hearthquakes and volcanic eruptions.
