SANEZOO tackles the most challenging tasks in visual inspection automation and robotic manipulation. Our solution excels for parts and objects with surfaces, which are hard to scan and inspect, in particular: 1. shiny metal parts, 2. machined parts with surfaces after milling, grinding, turning, 3. painted parts, 4. recognizing and measuring hard-to-see gaps and edges We design our solutions to be flexible, easy to deploy, and accurate, with minimized false alarms. The result of “zero recalls per year” was achieved.
