The South African Tyre Manufacturers Conference (SATMC) is an industry association representing the interests of its members and is the voice to all stakeholders, including government, other automotive industry associations and the public. SATMC members are the local tyre manufacturers, namely Bridgestone South Africa, Continental Tyre South Africa, Goodyear South Africa and Sumitomo Rubber South Africa. These members are part of global tyre manufacturers and have manufacturing facilities based in South Africa and supply to the domestic replacement, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and export markets.
