Company Details
What began as a small Indigenous maritime training organisation in 1998, has now grown into a thriving Indigenous mentoring and cultural tourism company which has been the catalyst for real change in our community. We are a grassroots organisation born out of concerned community members’ dream to provide economic and social stability to the greater community and to spread and vitalise Aboriginal culture. TW Mentoring Our Clean Slate Without Prejudice program and Never Going Back initiative are a collaboration between the police and Tribal Warrior, designed to empower disadvantaged Indigenous youth by instilling discipline and routine and providing a support mechanism spearheaded by our inspiring mentor team. TW Maritime For over twenty years, Tribal Warrior Maritime has been empowering disadvantaged Australians to be self-sufficient by providing specialised maritime training programs leading to employment opportunities in the maritime industries. We operate the only Indigenous Maritime Training Company operating within Australia. Using our own vessels to provide certified TAFE qualifications. Tribal Warrior has trained youth at risk from all corners of Australia and successfully trained over 40 skippers and 1000 crew members. TW Tourism Tribal Warrior connects people from all over the world with the ancient culture of Australia and the history of Sydney through traditional performances, ceremonies, harbour cruises and school programs. This venture supports our community programs and a number of our cultural educators and crew have completed our mentoring and maritime training programs. TW Talent provides a range of Indigenous services with a focus on major infrastructure and commercial projects around Sydney. With substantial experience in employee mentoring, providing cultural training, and assistance with meeting Indigenous employment and procurement targets TW Talent is the clear choice for providing authentic and impactful Indigenous services.
