Startup Sandbox is a nonprofit 501c3 where scientists and entrepreneurs are creating critical bioscience solutions to improve the health of humankind and the health of our planet. The Sandbox is the designated affiliate incubator of the University of California Santa Cruz, the Genomics Institute, the Center for Molecular Biology of RNA, the Office of Research, IATC, and the UCOP Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
