ILIP S.r.l. has been founded in 1962 and is a leading European plastic raw materials converter operating with three business units, Foodservice Packaging - Fresh Produce Packaging and Fresh Food Packaging.
Since 1978 MP3 S.r.l. is specialized in the supply of semi- finished products in both traditional plastics and bio plastics as well as for sheet products.
AMP Recycling S.r.l. began producing plastic containers In the early 1970s, primarily for the horticultural segment and today it is specialized in PET Recycling.
With the acquisition of AMP Recycling S.r.l. in 2012 the ILPA Group integrated vertically the recycling of post-consumer PET in its supply chain. At that time ILPA Group was the first and only European plastic converter and packaging manufacturer to boast this ground-breaking integration. Since then, ILPA Group, can ensure total control and a closed loop on PET recycling, including all the different production stages: from post-consumer material selection, to the washing, grinding, extrusion and thermoforming operations required to produce new food packaging made from r-PET.
